How to Download Your Sick Note from the NHS App
- Download the NHS App
Download the NHS App if you don’t already have it: www.nhs.uk/nhs-app.
- Log in to the App
Use your NHS login credentials to access your account.
If you don’t have an account, register and verify your identity.
- Find Your Sick Note
Go to the Medical Records or Documents section.
Locate your sick note (fit note).
- Download the Sick Note
Tap on the sick note to open it.
Look for a Download or Save option.
The note will be saved as a PDF file on your device.
